Our venison salami are produced from wild free range venison and are gluten and dairy free. Finished fresh weight: 750 780 grams. Basecamp salamis are wood smoked (not boiled like many commercial salami products) so as they age they loose moisture, the texture firms up and the flavour is enhanced.
