It has a 40 to 45 pound oil capacity and 115,000 BTU per hour. It has a welded tank with an extra smooth peened finish, plus a stainless steel tank, front door, and sides. The thermostat can keep the selected temperature between 200 and 400 Fahrenheit. The fryer stands on 6 inch high adjustable legs and comes with 2 twin sized baskets.

I had 2 battery backups but, after 5 years, the battery died and could not be easily replaced.
I moved all my plugs to one, easy to use strip.
Lots of room for block plugs. Generous room between outlets.
3 USB C and 3 USB A outlets mean I can plug in chargers for my devices.
Extremely happy with my purchase. Great company. Lots of choices from DEPOW but this one allowed me to plug in all my block plugs without covering other plugs.
